Routing Audio Into Ableton On Windows?

Hey!

So I want use Ableton as like an effects rack (and also modulate them in real time with a midi controller) for a Sonic Pi live performance on my laptop, similar to this short video:

Can I set this up with an audio interface (without additional coding)?
I’d like the final audio to be 100% effected by the effects (no pun), and to able to route it out to external speakers.
