Uninstalling Sonic Pi on Windows 10

Hi. It has been a long time since I have had a look at Sonic Pi. I have it installed on my Windows machine and would like to uninstall it so I can install the latest version. The install stops because it is looking for the install file: Sonic-Pi-for_Win-v2.10.0.msi.

I usually delete install files, not realizing I would need it later to uninstall it. I do have the option to manually remove all the files but it seems like it would all be neater if I had the install file to do it properly. TIA.
