It’s quite likely that they’re all using the Microsoft library that Sonic Pi uses. Windows is very strict about not letting you update files that other apps are using. Kind of like if more than one app had a text file open, Windows won’t let you delete the text.
So, short answer is that on Windows Sonic Pi uses some common Windows libraries that other apps happen to use too.
