Introduction - Chris Bolton

Hello everyone, I’m a retired electronics engineer living in Bideford, North Devon and discovered Sonic Pi a few days ago while disappearing down a rabbit hole with a Pi based DAW project that I’m tinkering with at the moment. I must point out that despite many years training in electronics and indeed some programming, none of it comes naturally to me and I’m actually a bit of a duffer;) It’s the same with music, I have a rudimentary knowledge and occasionally noodle around on ukulele and harmonica.
I’ve been slowly working my way through the Sonic Pi tutorials and am so impressed how it can help to better understand music theory, digital music production and coding in a fun and interactive way. Thank you Sam!
