This began as sort of a joke. I just wanted to see how a song would turn out with a stronger melody. I’m poor at writing melodies so I decided to sample the melody from a (maybe familiar) FFVII song. It’s starting to sound pretty decent so I think I’ll continue working on this…
I should mention that all sounds right now are samples thus my code is pretty straight-forward, just chopping and arranging samples as well as adding some effects.
