Hi all, i’m new with Sonic Pi, i have installed Sonic Pi on my notebook but it gives me an error : “SC_PortAudioDriver: PortAudio failed at Pa_OpenStream with error: ‘Unanticipated host error’
could not initialize audio”.
I didn’t want to install ASIO4ALL driver , so I did a series of tests for a few hours and found the solution (for my notebook) :
PANEL CONTROL >> SOUND >> RECORDING >> MICROPHONE >> DISABLED
With the microphone disabled Sonic Pi works perfectly , without modifying the file scsynthexternal.
I think it is a problem with the drivers PortAudioDriver of the server of Supercollider.
