A while ago I posted that on my Window 10 PC, occasionally I had loops containing samples not running. Not just that the samples didn’t play - the loops didn’t appeart to run at all. Loops with synth notes did play. I had it again yesterday, and found that the PC had been running on battery for some time because the PSU wasn’t quite plugged in. The battery was getting low but before any low battery warning.
Back on power, the problem went away.
This had happened when I had taken my kit out for reheasing, so was awkward (cables? mixer?? network???). This one happened at home where I had rejigged things for an online session.
Quite odd and specific symptoms, so this may help someone getting the same.
