I missed it when it happened, but just caught up with the new release of TouchOSC. This is much more versatile than the previous version (now called MkI) You can try the editor on a desktop before purchasing a licence, or buy versions for android or ios from app stores. As well as using it as a controller, you can use it as an OSC driven graphic display as in the video below, entirely driven from Sonic Pi.
It takes a bit of getting into, but studying the supplied examples helps. Recommended if you want to interact with OSC calls and Sonic Pi, either to control Sonic Pi programs, or to be controlled by Sonic Pi.
