Just checking the site

Not seen any posts for several days which is quite unusual. Just checking if things are working. I’m undergoing daily hospital treatment (another week and a half to go) at present so haven’t been contributing

I’m still here, but I’ve been focusing on other things this week. Mostly working on a video for a new tune in DaVinci Resolve.

Take care @robin.newman :pray:t2:, hope things goes well for you!

I am anxious waiting for tau 5, I would love to contribute with code but I guess we will need @samaaron to cook :man_cook:t2: a little bit more. I have seen some advances on other social media :heart_hands:.

Besides that I check this site regularly to see if I can help somehow.

These days I am learning tidal just for curiosity.

Hi Boda! I am also looking forward to play more with Tau5. Just built and ran the source that’s currently on Github and it looks nice on my Mac. Perhaps it’s still a bit early to contribute in a meaningful way, but hopefully that will change soon.

Hi there and Hi @robin.newman , I wish you good luck for the hospital!
Everything seems to work well here but perhaps people are impatient to discover SPi5?

Sorry to hear you’re unwell @robin.newman - I too wondered about the lengthy silence here recently, but just put it down to New Year doldrums.

I have briefly sidelined work on my SPi beginners manual, in anticipation of vers. 5, and because I’m also working on a manual for the Korg Volca FM2 I recently purchased - man, it’s a beast! Like most music synthesists I have a love-hate relationship with FM, but the nostalgia factor is a big draw - I owned a DX9 for years.

Great to hear all the things that users are getting up to with respect to Sonic Pi. Glad you are all still out there. Thanks too for good wishes. Treatment going well. 2/3 way through.
