well if you install a windows os on a rpi maybe you will be able to use vst.
But is it possible to install windows on a rpi ? It seems to be that the official version is the windows IOT. But it seems to have another version : Windows 10 Desktop on a Raspberry Pi 4!!! - YouTube. Not sure you will get good performances…
