This started life as a code project from the [raspberrypi.org site](https://projects.raspberrypi.org/en/projects/code-a-carol/) I thought it sounded a bit monotonous, partly because of the nature of the song, so I decided to add some harmony, and variation of synths. I based it on this [free sheet music](https://sheetmusic-free.com/download/6888/) I altered the original code to suit this. Then I noticed a recent post of an [OSC server for a text to speech server](http://in-thread.sonic-pi.net/t/maryosc-text-to-speech-osc-server/2740/1) by [amiika](http://in-thread.sonic-pi.net/u/amiika) and I installed this, and amended the code to end up with the version shown in this video. (for Sonic Pi version 3.1 or later)
